%97? Yeah, it’s called lying! Guess what, if you are winning at a rate of %97 you are going to keep it a secret because the entire world will move the line against you if you share it. The "system" reeks of the Martingale system…a guaranteed loser. Thanks for the spam though. This is a scam.
